呢度我唔詳細講, Free Talk 我一句都冇講過。所以只寫出題目比大家參巧

10/3/2014 港龍 Final Interview

Arm Reach Test: 同國泰一樣, Standard 208cm。要除鞋單手伸高掂到 208cm, 可以 tip toes 但唔可以扶牆唔可以跳。如果閣下只可以勉強掂到 208cm, 建議面試前幾日多拉根 同 arm reach test 時除左件西裝褸。

English Assessment: 港龍既 EA 比較簡單, Listening + Reading 全 MC, 好多答案都係好 Straight Forward。英文較弱既朋友記得比多少少時間去溫 Grammar, 一定冇問題!! E.g: to___ (基本上 to 後面都係跟 bare-inf, 而其他 choices 一睇就知唔岩)。我做卷好慢, 岩岩好晌最尾一分鐘做完, 大約係一分鐘一題...因為太攰。經常做做下 Out focus, 有人早我半個鐘完, 總之大家要好好控制時間。

Listening 要 pay fully attention, 因為佢地既 Listening 既問題同答案都係口述既 (但又唔比紙你 jot notes!!佢地講明本 question book 係唔比寫野/ highlight)。

呢個 Test Last for 2 hours!!!所以建議大家食飽 D 先去考, 因為有左第一次既經驗, 我連頭髮都冇綁, 因為真係坐到個人好辛苦!! 坐坐下連條 belt 都要扣鬆一格, 考完個人即時崩潰!! 妝都溶埋。

考完之後大約有廿分鐘時間, 去個廁所, 綁返個計, 補補妝, 咬半個包就準備再入房 Group in!! 呢 Part 有人因為唔 pass EA, 要即場走。 :(

Group in: (24人一間房, 分 3 組, 即 8 人一組) 每人一分鐘

我地三組分別討論以下題目:

1) What Chinese Food will you introduce to the international tourists?
2) What Tourists Attraction in China will you introduce to the international tourists?3) What Chinese Festival will you introduce to the international tourists?
 

Interviewers 會晌你地討論期間走埋唻 Observe 你地既表現, 合唔合作, 有冇笑,
呢 part 其實我有少少唔滿意我既組mates,
我地組首先將 point 列出晌白板, 眼見 time is running short, 我同另一位組mate已經多次提醒其他組mates要快D 分配好每人要講既部分。
可惜冇人理我地..
去到最尾十秒先有人話, 我地一人講一個 point, 由第一位開始講, 我當時係排第七!! 其實都 ok 既, 不過得十秒真係唔夠準備...

開始 present 時, TMD..頭兩位男士已經講左白板上 3/4 既 points...
嚇到我腦袋空白!! 唯有即時執生, 晌第三至第六位既 present 期間諗新 points!!
我明白競爭激烈, 但佢地既行為真係好自私, points 係大家一齊諗, 但講就自己講晒!!

Group in: (24人, free talk 8 分鐘)
Could you introduce one of the Dragon Airline’s destinations to the international tourists?
24 個人 8 分鐘呀!!!! 呢 part 競爭更加更加激烈, 經過上次既經驗, 我決定要儘早講!!
我有先舉手後發表既, 我係第三個開聲講左 30秒
答案我講左 Cambodia, 精而簡既 elaboration 就夠
如果你既 speech 唔夠流暢, 唔好霸住 d 時間晌度 errrr 同 ummm
我個人認為呢 Part 只要講一兩句就夠。最緊要有自信, 講野夠清析, 有個人 style 就夠!!

有人既答案係三亞, 之後有超過五個人既答案都係香港。面試完左既時候 Interviewers 有講過叫我地應該上港龍個網睇多 D 佢地既航點, 而唔好淨係識答香港同中國。

適當的同意別人的觀點, 但謹記要有個人 style 既答案!! 比 Interviewer 知道你對 KA 航點既了解。

當日離開港龍大廈後, 去到東涌 MTR 就收到 Final In call。

Final In: 先去樓下登記, reception 已經有鬧我遲到 (有留意開既朋友應該記得因為當日我 in 完 CX Final 做完 MA, 由國泰城飛的過去遲左 5分鐘)

上到樓, 再比HR 鬧我遲到, 我冇解釋 (之後我見到佢晌我份 CV 有 Mark 低我遲到)

Anixx & Wenxx In 我, total in 左二十分鐘。今次 Interview 一 D 壓力都冇, 可能係因為朝早已經 pass 左CX final in, 同埋 KA 兩位 Interviewers super nice!!

一入到房, 我就講, Sorry for my late, cause I got a very embarrassed situation, I just finished the CX final interview today. That’s why I got 5 minutes late.

Interviewer: O how’s your interview?
我: I got into the MA test section
Interviewer: That’s nice, good luck to you!
我: Thank you!! I hope I got luck in this interview too. Haha

個人認為呢 Part 都係唔怕坦白, 畢竟 KA 同 CX 係姐妹航空,
為左 in CX 而遲到, 我相信比塞車 / 困 lift 呢 D 理由更有說服力
同埋都係 show 比佢地睇自己既能力

[我唔知 KA 同 CX 比 offer 前有冇溝通過 (斷估), 因為 CX hr 打比我跟進一 D 野既時候突然問我: 你 KA 個度 in 成點? (可能係 CX Tonx in 我時寫左落去)]
KA 由頭到尾冇比過 Offer 我, 今次既經歷大家當參考就 ok。

Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant?

Do you have any friends working in KA?

Can you name 5 of the KA ports excluding those in China? (KA真係好鍾意問人 D destinations!!我開頭答左國家名, 之後佢地再問我知唔知停邊個城市, 所以大家一定要記 port 名!!)

What do you think customers service is?
How do you prepare for your interview?

Why do you quit your job in Legislative Council?

What difficulties will a flight attendant face?

How will you deal with those difficulties?

What do you think of the turnaround flight and layover flight?

I know you don’t have any experience in catering, what will you do if you find you don’t like touching the food?

Do you have any questions? (我問佢覺得今次 interview 點? 佢地話覺得我好 informative)

之後佢地比左張卡紙我, 上面既公仔同中秋有關, 要我用普通話 present


做完呢 part 就主動起身同佢地握手, 我就離開間房
同一時間面對兩位 interviewers, 我明白大家會超級緊張
謹記大方!!輕鬆!!淡定!!
